The National Road Safety Agency (NARSA) is preparing a new regulatory framework aimed at restructuring the candidate process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the heart of this reform is the <strong>separation between the theory test and practical driving training<\/strong>accompanied by increased digitalization of administrative procedures for driving schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-code-comme-etape-prealable-indispensable\">The Code as an essential preliminary step<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the guidelines currently being studied, the candidate will have to <strong>pass the theory test for the Highway Code before starting practical training<\/strong> at driving school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the driving hours are completed, he will have to proceed to <strong>a new appointment to take the final practical exam<\/strong>, thus establishing a clear distinction between the two stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-plateforme-numerique-pour-moderniser-le-secteur\">A digital platform to modernize the sector<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This project will be presented to industry professionals at a meeting between <strong>Benacer Boulaajoul<\/strong>, director of NARSA, and the Moroccan Federation of Instructors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussions will also focus on the launch of a <strong>digital platform dedicated to driving schools<\/strong>allowing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online appointment management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electronic submission of authorization requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The elimination of trips to registration centers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-aspects-techniques-encore-en-discussion\">Technical aspects still under discussion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Some details still need to be clarified, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The validity period of passing the theoretical exam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of attempts allowed for the practical exam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These elements will be subject to consultations before the final adoption of the reform.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le processus d\u2019obtention du permis de conduire au Maroc pourrait prochainement conna\u00eetre une \u00e9volution majeure.
